لدي مشكلة في التسجيل بعد تثبيت البلوستاكس عندما ادخل عنوان البريد الكتروني الخاص بي وادخل كلمة السر الصحيحة يقول لي ان كلمة السر غير مطابقة مع البريد مع العلم اني جربتها على الكمبيوتر الخاص بي وتم فتح بريدي بنجاح .. أرجو الرد وحل هذه المشكلة .
